It's Not Slander If It's True

Because domestic abuse is still very fresh in my family's life, the emotion of fear lingers on.
I thought I was safe to post whatever I want because I am protected by the first amendment, but alas there is such a thing for being sued for libel action. EXCEPT for the fact, that everything that I state on here about my personal experience is true. I am not using any names and you would have to care a great deal to dig up all the facts about me and my family etc to really know who or what I am talking about.

Need more proof? Well I found a trusty source at Expert Law and anybody who is interested can read about the defamation, libel and slander laws here.

What's going to happen from this point on? I'm still going to post my artwork, and I will continue to write about my personal experiences. If what I write upsets you, do not read it.
